Company is located in a mall on the 3rd floor. There's no waiting area in the lobby, they just ask to come back 5 minutes before the start of our room as they were resetting room. Nice you can browse the busy mall while waiting. You are asked to put all your belongings (including phones) in a locker in front of the room. They ended up holding onto the key so we don't lose it in the room. Room is more of a store-bought props Gen1.5 room. Basic immersion, don't expect a Hollywood production in decorations. If you want full immersive, this ain't it. Attempt at HP inspiration, but in reality its stuff for decorations you would find at the Halloween shop. Puzzles felt somewhat difficult for me as some puzzles were not as obvious that you have to do this or that task. Had to ask for a clue to get us going or to confirm that what we are trying to solve is correct. Everything was in English and does not require you to know another language, though it helped having a Singaporean with an accent to help for one puzzle. Not sure how that would have been accomplished without one in our group. Contact with the GM is through a portable phone. Cost was $33sgd/person or about $25 for 75 minute room. So if you got to kill 75 minutes and want a cheap escape room, this would suffice.
