Loved some of escape elements to the room. The room was so large overall was expecting quite a few more puzzles. Still a very fun experience.

Fun and in actual cells for the set so that was pretty cool and immersive. The escape route was very unexpected and cool too. Puzzles a bit simple, I think this room was good but not as great as their Zodiac Killer room.

Some really novel and unexpected tasks involved in this room. Some props are definitely showing their age, though.

Room decor was minimalist, fitting with the prison theme. The style would have worked much better in my opinion if it was in better condition- there were some misleading details (due to wear and tear) that led us astray for a bit. The amount of "out of universe" do-not-touch stuff (including combination locks) was also confusing. Doable with 2 people.

We got stuck with the logical flow at one puzzle since we didn't really understand how the "story" was all fitting together.
Atmosphere
Some areas/items were so worn it was difficult to tell what was an intentional clue vs what details were due to age. Additionally, there were so many labels of things *not* to touch (including combination locks) that we eventually got a little confused about what we were supposed to interact with and overlooked legitimate items.
Customer service
GM was meh. We only asked for 1 hint and the GM explained the entire puzzle instead of giving a vague clue, which did ruin that part for us.

See earlier, lots of wear and tear that made some puzzles/clues difficult to piece together. Nothing broken in a way that impacted functionality.

One of my favorite escape rooms! Very immersive and felt like a real prisoner haha. Love how physical it was and was a huge room.

The large set was underutilized and mixed. Some areas were highly immersive, while others felt cheap. There is no music or background noise in the room, which felt awkward, especially since there was apparently a riot happening. For a classic prison break room, it was fine.
