We've tried several games in the mva area and they all just seem so cheap. This one was one of the most so. No immersion factor, one of the buttons was broken, the TV they used to tell the story at the beginning looked like it was 20 years old, and not in the cool way. Single room is always a bit of a disappointment too. For how much they charge, they should put more effort into the deco. The clues were hard but just for the sake of being hard, not innovative or well thought out by any means. It was a disappointing experience.
Gameplay
Single room where all the clues are laid out so you don't have much flow from one clue to the next. There wasn't really any cohesion in the flow either
Atmosphere
Super cheap deco. For 160 bucks for four people it seemed like they spent maybe 300 bucks decorating the room.
Customer service
Super nice game master
Parking
Easy
