The highs are high here. Really awesome set that felt real. It was detailed and intricate. Certain interactions were quite novel in their presentation. They made a smaller set feel sprawling. Some things that could use improving were the reliance on the runbook, some puzzles feeling slightly disconnected from the plot, and the solve for puzzles being longer than necessary (the space between the aha and completion was bloated with tedious extra steps). Early play areas were cramped, but that changed about 1/3 of the way through the game. This place truly cares about its guests. Highly recommend!

They were SO ACCOMMODATING AND KIND. This was my aunt and uncle’s first room, so they kindly let us finish despite us running out of time.

Particularly interesting or different

Yes

Really well-crafted props. Lots of delightful room reveals.

Story
Difficulty

Medium

The length of puzzles is the main difficulty factor. Ignoring the run book will be a huge time suck.

High tech

A mix of locks and cool tech!

Ideal number of players

4 strong players recommended. Puzzles take a long time to solve!

Scary

Minimum age

Very family-friendly. Supremely tactile set. However, many puzzles are tricky. Might be tough for those younger than 10 to meaningfully contribute.

Physically active

Somewhat

Someone will have to move and lift a couple props with decent weight. One person will have to crawl. There’s one puzzle that requires some deep focus from 3 people.

Accessibility

Many parts of the set are dimly lit. However, my aunt and uncle were allowed to use their phone lights. Several parts of the game are in narrow/cramped rooms, so wheelchair users may find it tough. There were color puzzles, but they were mostly distinct enough to make out as a colorblind person. One person will have to crawl, but that person will unlock a bypass.

Easy to find location

Yes

Instructions in email are SUPER CLEAR! Read them!

Parking

Depends. It’s a high-traffic area. We were there on a Tuesday night, and it took a hot minute to find a spot. Get there early.

Safety

Yes

Crawlspace had padding. Game master was attentive.

Good set design and variety of puzzles. Low light in multiple areas of the game added frustration. Some of the puzzles were very time consuming and felt like busy work. A piece to one puzzle was not where it was supposed to be. Game master had to come in to help find it.

Gameplay

Weird to read story and instructions and be told to stand outside to wait for someone to let you in. Part of game was unnecessarily dark which is aggravating

Perhaps this room just simply wasn't for me, I can absolutely admit I am not the best at escape rooms. All the rooms seem to have a book you need to read to help through out the room to know where to go, which is fine but a little boring in my opinion. They also highly encourage you to have as many people as the room can hold and I unfortunately only played with 3 (myself, my father, and another family member). To be honest we're all big individuals so I don't know how well it would have gone if we had more. The first room is tiny and then leads you into a tiny but long hallway. I understood we were going to struggle and probably not escape, but I was there to have fun so if I didn't escape that was okay. As cool as some of the puzzles were, some felt like there was a little more explaining needed to get you to actually do what was required. There is a puzzle that involves colors but it's pretty lengthy... and I'm color blind, my father as well. That would have been fine but the lights in the room over the puzzle were some varying colors which made it even harder to see them. It wasn't a puzzle that could be explained away with hints as you had to physically move items. It was a very cool theme and maybe if we had an extra person we could have escaped, but the fact you have to follow the book throws me off.

I liked the room the only complaint is not private. We were with three people that don’t do escape rooms and it made it difficult and they impacted us not progressing.

Room was thematically good. Some of the puzzles were literal time wasters, and the non private room really just ruins the experience. They shoved 8 people into this small room. We were now juggling between solving things and trying to involve strangers who were doing their first room. I get the need to make money, but it makes for a sub optimal experience. Without that I would most likely come back and do their other room, but we won’t be back.

This was a pretty solid Atlantis themed room, and my friend and I had a great time! The puzzles were relevant to the theming and the props were well-intact. I will say that the level of this room was hard. The puzzles were complex with the different puzzle types and were tedious too. You will gather items that you will need for the future, and attention to detail are important. I wouldn’t recommend this as a Beginner room, more for an immediate or advanced level. Due to the physical space, I would recommend a team of 4 (intermediate or advanced skill players) so that everyone is able to participate and engage equally with the puzzles and their team members. Beware that this is a public group booking escape room, so you may be placed with another group and this room can hold up to like 10-12 players (so a lot of players). Overall, this was a solid escape room and the production was pretty strong (puzzles, music, set design, props, etc). It was complex and tedious, but there was a lot to do and allowed players to really dive into the world of Atlantis and complete the puzzles.

Gameplay

The game play was pretty complex and more on the challenging side. There’s quite a mixture of different puzzles (high tech, lock and key, logic, decoders, etc).

Atmosphere

The set design was very immersive! Between the props, special effects, and layout, it had some pretty impressive parts of this room.

Customer service

Our Game Master was pretty decent and attentive to our needs, but I feel that we could have been nudged a little more by our Game Master due to the group size of our team (10 people).

Minimum age

15

My friend and I were paired with some middle schoolers, and it was a little challenging for them. Due to the complexity of the puzzles and the theming, some of the middle schoolers didn’t quite understand the clues and what was being asked in the mission of Atlantis.

SUPER hard room. Definitely need a group of over 4 people. My husband and I did it alone and barely made it over 80% through and the gm said you definitely need a bigger group. Very well decorated though

Excellent room all around. Immersion was great, Disney level set. You can tell a lot of time and money went into this room. Clues are solid. It is a difficult room and covers a lot of space, so keep that in mind. Didn’t like the workers, very meh and disengaged. Definitely don’t miss out on the rooms at this place!
