This escape room was Hauntingly Boo-tiful! What Backstage Escape Games does well with this room it’s perfect balance of spookiness and aesthetic without being too scary while also intertwining team work, communication skills, and storyline together.
My favorite parts of this room were the Transitions, varieties of puzzles, the immersion of this room, and the set design. This room had a lot of high tech, but it just made the room more spookier and interactive. I would recommend a team of 2-4 players because of the physical space. It is rather small and to have more engagement, 2-4 players would be more ideal. We played with just the 2 of us, so we were able to escape and interact with each other and the puzzles. Just be aware that this is a group booking escape room, so there’s a high chance that you might be placed with other individuals.

The game play was so smooth and flowed really well with one another! I appreciated how interwoven the clues were with the storyline and everything just made sense.
This room was SO immersive and spooky (without being super scary or anything). With the set design and physical space that it had, Backstage Escape Games did a really fantastic job with the sound and background music, complexities of puzzles, and how they were interwoven into the story. The Transitions were impressive!
Our Game Master was pretty decent. They were attentive and kept us on track. They were super busy though since we played during spring break, so we didn’t get to have a lot of time to debrief and learn more about the room unfortunately. But our game master herself was phenomenal!
This room relied heavily on high technology but still such a great room! Due to the high tech, it made the room more paranormal, spookier, and immersive.
