I did this with a group of seven escape room novices and newbies ages 12-72. Everyone enjoyed it and there was something for everyone to do. The game master was helpful and pleasant. It was a bit light on storyline - really just the little paragraph on the website. But fun puzzles!
Some puzzles flowed well from one to the next, some seemed more stand alone.
Set design and props were not elaborate, but added to the atmosphere
GM Lorna was cheerful and helpful
Particularly interesting or different
No
Fun but not mind-blowing
Very little plot, mostly just a series of puzzles. A few puzzles related to the theme, but most did not.
We were all pretty inexperienced and used 5-6 clues and finished with time to spare
Codes, locks, physical puzzles, a few room mechanics, hidden objects and hidden messages
We did fine with 7 people. Four would have been fine.
Themes were rated G and height would not be an issue. Our youngest players were 12 and 13 and they did fine.
Physically active
Not at all
There was even a comfortable chair in the space which our 72 year old player appreciated
Accessibility
Comfortable chair in space for those who can't stand for long. Moving through space with physical aid like crutches would be doable. Hearing GM for clues was main auditory need. Low visual accuity would make some puzzles difficult/impossible. I don't remember any obstacles related to colorblindness.
