Very disappointing! The theming of the room was good, but a red herring early on sent us around in circles. Some puzzles were fine, there was at least one where I have no idea how we would have solved it without the clue. The lack of a proper hint system resulted in the GM having to literally walk into the room whenever we needed help. We spent 10 minutes towards the beginning waving at the cameras and asking for a hint and eventually had to leave the room to try and find her. In her defence, she was having to run two rooms at the same time by herself and it sounds like the other team required a lot more assistance. Still, it led to an extremely frustrating experience.
