C-Rappu [C-Stair]

Crying, screaming, moaning... Crying, screaming, moaning… They are the nighttime soundscape of the infamous C-staircase. The residents can't take it anymore, but no one has been able to locate the source of the sounds. Goodbye notes are of no use, the caretaker has had enough of the vandalism, and it seems that an increasingly strange group of people are moving into the stairs. Who or who are to blame for the noise nuisance and other vandalism? It's 2013 and you're on your way to a night out when someone in your group decides to run straight across the front of the C-staircase. What bad thing could possibly happen, even though each of you has heard some kind of rumor about the residents of the C-staircase? You walk unsuspectingly towards the stairs, until your worst fears come true. A woman covered in blood stumbles out of the stairs, finally collapsing into your arms, first pointing at the C-staircase door in horror. Who is this woman, and will a similar fate await you if you leave? to investigate the case?
