Senator Payne: The Senator has a dark secret. We had to break into his office and discover the truth. Casino Heist: An abandoned casino was hiding million dollars. We had to find it before the building was demolished. Pros: We already love 60 Out, so it should come as no surprise that that we also enjoyed playing at the Corinth Avenue location. The game master at this site was super friendly and lots of fun to chat with. She was helpful throughout our game, providing much needed assistance as necessary. We really enjoyed the sets and the puzzles in both games were logical. Casino Heist proved our favorite game at this location. We struggled a bit but still managed to pull off the heist. Cons: Zero. 60 Out once again provided a solid game-play experience. We loved both of these games and although we definitely still recommend you play the Titanic game at the Marina Del Rey location, you really cannot go wrong at any 60 Out location.

The first room does most of the heavy lifting in Casino Heist. Though the two rooms at this location are the oldest in the franchise, Casino Heist shows it’s age. The first room has all the casino in it and the latter two still look like a basement. With machines that don’t work strewn about the “back room” it feels kind of thrown together on the back end. Some puzzles are intriguing and with real gambling tables in the main room, the game has charm to it. However for my group, it was a very easy room. Good intro room for any group.

The theme is cool but the room’s pretty much worn out. The puzzles were solid and straightforward. Great for beginners but the room might be too short for experienced players. I think if they’re willing to renovate the room, it has a great potential to become a great room.

Casino Heist is a casino-themed room which feels a little old school. Some of the props were aging and didn’t quite work the way we expected. We had to ask for help because of a difficult-to-hear clue in the room and a vaguely-labeled prop later on. A good beginner room.

We were told it was their first rooms and first location. It was easily seen because it definitely felt first gen in a way and basic. BUT the gameplay was cute and definitely a good room to bring newbies into room escapes. I was surprised how many of the puzzles were not the typical combination / Lock heavy as some first gen rooms tend to be. The story was ok. I am glad I was able to play an older room before they move. Game master was so nice and very into discussing the room after.

It was cute but since it was first generation / first game before rooms got popular, not very immersive feel.

Casino Heist was pretty fun! This 60Out location only has two rooms and you can tell by the puzzles and props that they were built a few years back. But that didn’t change anything, the room(s) were fun and the atmosphere was pretty great. We had to ask for a couple hints but our game master was excellent and steered us in the right direction. My group loved the room so much they wanted to go do The Mystery of Senator Pain right after, which we did. 😊

To be fair this game was one of the older generation of escape rooms so it’s not fair to rate it negatively but it is pretty outdated compared to many other rooms
