Such a fun room! Really technical but also some really cool physical moments. The puzzles are fun. It is VERY heavy on story but I really liked it. It was so funny and cute. Just know that ahead of time! We always have such a great time at Doldricks.

Doldrick’s is amongst the best in the industry. Each of their rooms is a true labor of love and Galactic Beef is totally in line with this. We had a great time from start to finish. Note this isn’t a traditional escape room experience. If you’re looking to solve a puzzle, get a code, and then input it into a combination lock you won’t like this game. If you’re looking for originality, creativity, and technology driven gameplay then look no further than Galactic Beef. FOR THE HERD!
Galactic Beef is a great game with a unique theme, high-tech gameplay, and original challenges. There are no locks or low tech elements. Every puzzle is digitally controlled and tied to the overall narrative.
Doldrick’s always crushes it with their theming and Galactic Beef is no exception. The story, driven by animation, is entertaining and draws upon (and pokes fun at) many SciFi classics. If you like SciFi you’ll enjoy this.
Doldrick’s always gets a 10 out of 10 for their staff. This visit was no exception. Ashley was great before, during, and after.

We always play just the two of us. I wouldn’t recommend this game for more than four as many of the puzzles are linear so larger groups may find themselves with nothing to do at times.

We were so excited to finally get to play Galactic Beef and it did not disappoint. Doldricks sets a high bar with every new game and yet they always manage to surpass it. This game is fun and colorful and so joyful. No matter how you're feeling when you enter, you will leave feeling happy. And maybe craving chocolate milk. The storyline is Stars Wars inspired but there are easter eggs and nods to many other beloved sci-fi shows and movies such as Firefly and Cowboy BeBop just to name a few. For the Herd!
The game is very narrative driven and there are a lot of animated video cutaways which set up each step of gameplay and really help to immerse you in the story. Gameplay is mostly linear with a variety of challenges to solve.
Fully immersive design. Sets, props and special effects are all top notch. Everything is colorful and fun creating a really joyful atmosphere.
The staff at Doldricks is always the best. Ashley our GM was excellent and if you listen closely, you may notice some similarities between her and Frisky Whiskers...

All Doldrick's game are unique and this is no exception. The combination of original story, animation, gameplay and fun makes this a winner.
The Star Wars inspired story was original and every element (characters, music, special effects, and puzzles) was well integrated.

We played with 2 and escaped. A few challenges might be easier with 3 or 4 people but you can successfully resolve them with just 2.

cute funny goofy the two of us had fun Our game-master attempted to take us to our game in a timely fashion. Two customers told her to go away and not interrupt them from talking to us. We did not engage the customers and wanted to be taken to our game. They said that another escape game company were a******* for interrupting their conversation with customers. Our game-master was very polite. Gave them some time to converse, and then returned. She graciously apologized to them, and led us to our game. I feel she handled this situation very smoothly. I applaud her.

This one is in that tough spot between a thumbs up and thumbs down. While I enjoyed the room overall in terms of its puzzles and fun story, overall it's simply not worth the "premium price" of a 90 minute room, as somewhere between 33-50% of that time is spent watching videos and doing repetitive activities.
Some very fun puzzles, though many became repetitive and overstayed their welcome as you repeated the same activity multiple times to progress the game.
Fun "spaceship" themed room with lots of screens and panels. A lot of the decorative aspects are tape rather than paint which is a bit odd, but overall it still works.
Staff was excellent and welcoming as always!
The story was hilarious and quite fun; I often describe the best part of Doldricks being their fun intro videos, though as always they tend to overstay their welcome a bit and are, at times, *too* integrated into the rooms. In this case, they FAR overstayed that welcome, as we felt we were standing around watching a movie play out for far too long between many of the puzzles.
