First of 4 games we had and this one overlapped slightly with the second we had due to timing which usually isn't a problem and at other venues the conversation is had before hand about maybe not getting the full time in the game, we're used to this as it's the normal thing to do, what's not normal is partway through as we're in the middle of solving puzzles have the GM go over tannoy and say we can either A ditch the game we're in and enter our second or B stay in the game and loose time in the second this was after already being told by another staff member that we'll have full time as the first started late due to technical issues. It through us off massively we spent a few minutes trying to figure out what to say, we decided to stay and good job we did as we finished the game about 5 - 10 mins later. We get if we couldn't have full time in the second but to let us know midgame was a bit of a curveball and really soured the experience of a genuinely solid game
