Really enjoyed this room!! This was a family outing with varying levels of experience among the group, and everyone came out of it feeling like they were able to contribute. They had a minor technical difficulty with the tv that was meant to show us what to do but the GM knew his stuff and we didn’t feel unprepared going into it. We ran out of time in the middle of the very last puzzle; they were very courteous and gave us a moment to feel good about ourselves.
I enjoyed the story behind the game! This room did a great job at balancing the ‘high stakes mission’ with lighthearted and funny clues/messages.
I was a fan of the first room. The second room was very fun as well as more high-tech; it has a lot of ‘no touch’ stickers in it - understandable - that took away from the immersion a little bit but that wasn’t a big deal.
the GM who greeted us was wonderful and very informative! I think someone other than him was giving us our hints and there were a few instances where we felt like they weren’t listening when we asked for clues - we had to wait at least a minute and a half almost every time we asked.
Physically active
Somewhat
There is an element where you are asked to crouch/duck/crawl but… you don’t technically need to.
Accessibility
I use a mobility aid (single crutch) and did not have any issues! The room isn’t huge but there is plenty of space to move, I would bet that a manual wheelchair would fit inside.
A bit tucked away, but not difficult to figure out
