The Dark Sector

Solid room that had some cool sci-fi themed puzzles, we did it with a group of 3 and got out. I remember having a good time but being mildly disappointed during a certain part of the room that I can't quite remember (I very easily could be wrong). It was a while ago and it's been closed since then and it was nothing insane, set was cool, but I don't know how much different intrepid explorer is from this one...

Always enjoy the rooms at North Valley Escape. This room was fun, interactive, and had great puzzles.

This was an okay game. Slightly disappointing. Their decor was just okay. Didn’t look as cool as it could have. They used a lot of wood in the construction, so parts of it looks cheap. It used a couple of puzzles I have never seen before that were just totally brilliant. But it also had some confusing puzzles. Like having colored locks with multiple colored puzzle pieces that got to different locks. One of the puzzles was cool, but fully executed poorly due to being too busy. Plus I don’t like their 5 only clue rule. The focus should always be about finishing the room not about the time. Number one priority should be about creating a great customer experience and I don’t think they focus on that enough. Plus their two person price is too expensive. With as many escape rooms as their are in Phoenix, I think we will stop coming here to spend our money else where on better games and hopefully better all around experiences.

Very well thought out room. Very well decorated and puzzles were very creative.
