10 escape rooms
It was alright, the game master didn’t make it really fun, she just wanted (it seems like) to go home for the night. Overall the puzzles are complex and fun, we spent the most time in the 2nd room. 6/10
GM was rushing us out of the room, when we asked for hints she overshared and provided was too much. Also she said we were late by 10 mins but we were only 2-3 mins late. It just wasn’t very immersive with her. She just wanted to go home it seems like cuz there was no one after us.

Did this one a couple years ago, I remember it being extremely difficult and not even being able to get past the first room. Group was newer at escapes at the time though.

We had 2 people, one with a lot of escape experience and one with very little. Great atmosphere and immersion. Not a fan of horror or being scared myself and this room is basically free from that and mostly a thriller detective experience. Maybe 2 “scary” elements max. The focus on immersion sometimes led to confusion in linking puzzle elements or what to do next, and a couple too many red herrings for my taste. But some of the locks and boxes were vintage and had new mechanisms I hadn’t seen, which was great.
The focus on immersion sometime led to some confusion in linking puzzle elements or what to do next, and a couple too many red herrings for my taste. Led to more awe darn moments then aha moments.
Atmosphere and Immersion were top notch. Everything was themed, and the small bit of included special effects were well used.

Fun game. The start can be a bit slow but picks up. Med level game that is not scary.

Puzzle heavy room that was well put together, looked nice and a fun opening room. Challenging but not too hard for 3 of us. We did have to discern what was decoration and what was part of the game, which tripped us up a bit. There was some creepiness but it wasn’t a scary room. No clock in the room made it hard to keep track of how we were doing. Overall would recommend and would return for other rooms.

Jack the Ripper is more detective-driven than scary and that’s what I was in the mood for tonight. A simple room with entertaining puzzles. Doesn’t pull any punches and keeps you engaged.

The thump down is not because the room had some any negative issues. It was just a very easy room and nothing interesting! I can be more judgmental because I have done a lot of escape rooms and maybe my expectations are higher! I totally recommend this room for starters! It has a lot of classic elements of early years escape rooms

Very cool room, surprisingly difficult. The start had us stuck and confused. Many puzzles were challenging and unique. The customer service is amazing and makes the experience even better.
