Only the bravest explorers can claim the ancient treasure. You’ve just barely survived the crash of a rusty propeller plane. But luck might still be on your side! You’ve landed deep in the Wei-nu jungle, home of the mysterious Ehlari Ruins. Somewhere within these centuries-old stone walls, a long-fabled fortune lies hidden. Generations of adventurers have tried and failed to claim it. Can you brave the dangers, navigate hidden chambers, outwit the temple traps, and uncover the legendary treasure yourself?

I had a great time in this room! Loved the theming, the atmosphere, and the puzzles! My only complaint would be that a couple of the item reveals were broken, so when we solved the corresponding puzzles, the GM would just tell us a combo to use on a box to open it and get the item, instead of having the reveal be incorporated into the theming of the room. This broke the immersion a bit and I really would have preferred to have the reveal incorporated into the temple like everything else. (Hopefully those get fixed very soon, but this room has only been open for about a month, so it’s disappointing to see two parts of it broken already!) That being said, we still have a great time and would recommend this room to anyone!

Story

Loved the intro video for it. Then the story pretty much didn’t matter after that, but the intro did tie into the room theme perfectly.

Was anything broken?

Yes

As described in my review, two item reveals were broken, a control panel that shouldn’t have been open ever for us was, and an entire big reveal was already revealed when we entered the room, before we solved the puzzle. So the staff here needs to do a better job of resetting the room and it seems to break pretty easily if it’s already broken in the first month of opening…

Accessibility

Fully accessible.

Easy to find location

No

Took some wandering around Area 15 to get there, but they was fun. Just allow yourself some time by getting there a little early.

Parking

Easy

Easy, but paid ($7). A little bit of free street parking if you get there in the morning for the first room of the day (around 11 AM) though!

Great scenic and props but there are two puzzles that need work. The room was too dark to see INSIDE a couple of the holes that were crucial to the gameplay so it would have been impossible to not use a hint for that puzzle unless flashlights are provided. Another puzzle requires pulling on the scenic props which every escape room tells you NOT to do, so we would have never pulled on anything unless we’d been explicitly told we would need to pull on the set. Another mechanism was not working when we visited, which makes no sense since the location just opened, so for two of the locks, our gamemaster had to give us the codes to use. Overall, needs work.
