Black and White Cafe

Amazing experience at a family owned and run business with lovely staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend a cozy afternoon at a cafe solving puzzles. Loved the experience from the actual room and the puzzles themselves to the personalization of the experience.

I would give this room my highest recommendation. It was absolutely joyful from beginning to end. Thoughtful puzzles that make you feel clever while solving them and fun/funny touches that delighted us. I appreciate that the first of the several "goals" came relatively quickly, as it filled us with a sense of confidence that powered us as we carried on.

My husband, friend, and I just finished Black and White and we absolutely loved it! Isabella was our game master and she was fantastic. The room itself had some very unique puzzles and features that we really enjoyed. We will definitely be back when the next room opens!!

Quaint little escape room experience! I loved the black and white 2-D feel. Joyce was friendly and helpful, and it was a great experience. Will be back for the other room sometime!!

Black and White Cafe was a top tier escape room perfect for 2-4 people. The theme was very cool and each puzzle was engaging. The end game was satisfying. Also - the game masters at MindFox Escape are the best! Had a ton of fun with this one.

I played with my husband and family. We were 4 adults. We absolutely loved it!!! The puzzles were tricky but not impossible. We found it easier than their Sherlock themed one. We loved the different types of puzzles and we loved being able to solve them both individually and together. The room was so adorable! It made me want to open a cute little cafe haha. Highly recommend! I also loved the storyline.

Well designed room for two. Racked our brain pretty well on certain puzzles but has a great time. Props and decorations are all beautifully executed in a black and white matte painting effect that is a trip to walk into.

This was a fun one! Perfect for two experienced players. Wouldn’t want more than 3 people since it’s a little small. Loved all the different types of puzzles. And despite being advertised as a 2D room, there were so many interactive elements. We played as a group of 2 and escaped with about 9 minutes left, no hints. Isabella was a lovely GM, friendly and helpful. Looking forward to trying their other room!

I’m glad I picked this escape room for my first solo run. The theme and set design were super immersive, and all the little details were really well thought out and personal. You can tell a lot of care went into it. The puzzles were clever and satisfying to figure out. Everything flowed nicely as the puzzles funneled toward the main objective. It was a great challenge to do alone since there were so many puzzles to start with, keeping me busy the whole time. Also, shoutout to the game master Isabella. She made my experience so much more enjoyable! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for 2 hints but she gave the perfect amount of help that nudged me to the right direction without giving anything away. Overall, such a fun room. I’d definitely recommend it for beginners or veterans.

One of the cuter/cleanest/well-maintained rooms we’ve done so much so that it triggered my OCD to help the GM clean up after. Puzzles were easy and well sequenced, perfect warm up for their other room.
