I've had mixed feelings on this company for a while, however this game really rubbed my partner and i in the wrong way. We've played other games with them and had better times with those experiences, but I would not recommend this game. We had to get many hints, when we usually try to stick to three, purely because the puzzles weren't designed in a way where they challenged you, but didn't stump you consistently. There were some incredibly designed puzzles but not enough to outweigh the ones that disappointed us. Multiple times we got a hint that was something we already knew even getting multiple hints in a row like that after informing them we already knew that, and we know that the game guides here sit on multiple games at once, so it was clear we weren't a priority. Lastly, there were multiple puzzles that relied on you being able to see something (usually color based,) and the room these puzzles were in had this harsh amber colored light over the entire room. You couldn't see the colors at all, and we had to pull out phone flashlights to even get close to solving the puzzle.

Customer service

There wasn't anybody at the counter consistently. You'd walk in and then just kinda awkwardly stand and wait. Game guides watch multiple games at once, so you don't always get clues that fit your needs.

Accessibility

If you're colorblind: Do not play this room. There's multiple puzzles that need you to see color, and none of them are designed well. Green on green? Amber light over an entire color based puzzle? I'm not colorblind and I barely completed it. pretty small, I don't think a mobility aid would fit. A lot of puzzles would require good vision, a lot of reading, searching, etc.
