Really enjoyed that this room was different to all there others. Outside & inside the complex in different locations. Was very cool. Different types of puzzles (tech, padlocks, maps) ✅ Linear style ✅ Storyline ✅ Was cool.
Gameplay
It was super novel with it being an indoor and outdoor room, stretched across the carpark, in a different building in the carpark.. with instructions that took you from each point once you had cracked the puzzles. Very cool! The puzzles flowed well also.
Atmosphere
The use of props outside the actually Serve Social venue was very cool. Spreading out into different venues was super cool.
Customer service
Always treated well here. We have never met a non-welcoming, non-friendly person working there. They all seem to love their job which is definately what you want.

I think that is very subjective for this room. As someone who isn't particularly into science fiction and aliens, it definitely was relatively low down on my list for stories out of all the rooms we have done.. however the atmosphere, the gameplay, the puzzles, the general vibe takes it back up to being towards the top of the list i reckon
