264 escape rooms
I love rooms that are obviously a labor of love. The owner/designer/GM was a great guy who put a lot of attention into this room and it makes for a great game. The set is pretty amazing and gives you the feel of one of those smaller libraries you come across when exploring a small town. Charming pieces of art work cover the walls and you just want to grab a good book and spend the day lost in the pages of your favorite mystery. My only nitpick would be the books themselves. Maybe it's me but I felt that the books in a library themed room should have been better cared for and not tattered. Nitpicky, I know. The puzzles were so much fun. They lead to many aha moments and fun little surprises when things were solved. Be wary of the lighting puzzle in that it does cast light on some art that just highlights certain parts by accident. One puzzle requires some dexterity and lead us to almost not escaping. Overall, it was a great time and I recommend checking out out. Pun intended.
