Another slam dunk escape from Timed Out. Great storyline and flow. A bit on the easier side compared to their other rooms here. Definitely a great room for novice players that want a bit more of a challenge. My group of 3 currently hold the fastest escape at 17:28. So I’m proud of that. Overall, definitely a room you’ll want to experience at Timed Out.

Very good room. Themed very nicely. Puzzles were fun and fit the theme. Couple of unique puzzles/activities. No combo or key locks. This was our favorite room at Timed Out. We had three of us today and made it out with just under a minute. We struggled on the last couple of puzzles but that was mostly on us.

Our GM Brecken was very nice and provided good nudges to make sure we escaped in time. Owner Tina was also very nice and fun to talk to about escape rooms.

This was a fun change of atmosphere with some interesting and unique puzzle sequences. It’s easy to miss something or overthink a puzzle, as we did 😅

I enjoyed this game for the most part! The puzzles were challenging but not overwhelming and the gameplay flowed in a very natural way. My biggest complaint about this room would be the video aspects as I found them to take away from the immersiveness of the rest of the room. Based on the style of the videos, I suspect that some of them may have been made by AI and they just weren’t incredibly believable. I still enjoyed the gameplay and puzzles in this room though!

I liked the puzzles in this game a lot! Some parts weren’t 100% linear but the order of operations still made a lot of sense.

Atmosphere

The rooms in this game were relatively small but very well done and immersive! The video aspects of this game were the thing that I found to be the least immersive. Some (if not all) of the videos appeared to be AI generated and I would have appreciated more realistic alternatives.

I think that there were elements to this plot that were supposed to be more of a surprise than they actually turned out to be.

The puzzles in this game weren’t incredibly challenging in my opinion aside from maybe 1 physical puzzle. Even with that more challenging puzzle, we got out of this room with time to spare.

Some spaces were relatively small and there were some steps/uneven terrains. It would be hard to navigate this room with mobility restrictions. Some puzzles also utilized colors.
