Absolutely loved this escape room! One of the best ones we’ve done to date! Cannot fault it, super story line, super fun involved puzzles and challenges, the live actor makes it feel so much more real and really makes you consider everything along the way! Incredible escape room and highly recommend - 5 star
Gameplay
Absolutely incredible, favourite escape room we’ve done so far! The storyline, the way the rooms are set up, it felt so real, very unique and incredibly done
Atmosphere
Great atmosphere , the rooms felt real, thrilling and set up so well with special effects, props etc that got you fully immersed into the prison world
Customer service
The staff were absolutely incredible, so friendly and welcoming. Only needed a couple of hints, but when we had the “warden inspections” we had to rush back to our cells and pretend we hadn’t been up to anything which made it feel super real, we had to keep things hidden, covered over and look like we hadn’t been in and out

Story
The story was written well, the escape room itself really makes the room and puzzles feel like real time and keeps you on your toes constantly that the warden could return at the sound of the alarm and you had to be prepared to rush back to your cell to cover your tracks

It wasn’t easy but wasn’t very hard - we felt like we worked well as a duo the escape our cells and to get into the next room ahead of the next sets of puzzles. Worked incredibly well to be in a team that works well under pressure and works well together

High tech
Lots of tech involved, alarms, lighting, working computers and telephones, made it feel super real, involved you a lot more tech wise which we haven’t had before in escape rooms we’ve done
Ideal number of players

Worked well as a duo (2) and managed to escape in 53 mins, I feel if you had more than 3 people it would be overcrowded, to many people trying to do things in a close space and it would be a bit hard. Definitely worked well for us as just the 2 of us

Not scary, but jumpy when the alarm sounds and you rush back to your cells for the inspection from the warden.

I believe a 10 year old would be able to help and participate with adult support in some of the puzzles and challenges in this escape room quite well.
Was anything broken?
No
Nothing was broken, but a few images on the walls that were needed for a puzzle had some damage from previous attempts, so maybe worth just updating them and reminding people not to damage them
Live actors
Yes
A live actor in the form of a Prison Warden who comes at random points throughout the game to do cell inspections to make sure no one has escaped or up to anything they shouldn’t be. We had to rush back from one room to the cells quickly and hide anything we had moved or misplaced to hide the evidence that we had escaped from our cells and were trying to escape the building.

Somewhat physical in the aspect of having to rush back to your cells for inspections but the rest is low physical walking
