Really fun room. Decide was top notch and they had some unique puzzles. Our group got hung up on the easiest thing! We will be back for more!

Good game. Good mechanics.

‼️ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ‼️ We called ahead before booking to confirm if it’s okay to arrive 5–10 mins late. She said our timer will start early then, which was understandable. When we got there, we kindly asked if we could have extra time since the next slot was not booked, and she’s like oh then you can book it for the extra time. Before the room started, she asked if we wanted to request hints or if she should give them according to the time. We said the latter. During the game, we got NONE except when we asked for them, so we thought we could still have plenty of time. Obviously we failed to escape without full time and timely nudges. When she entered the room, we asked for the ending and if she could show us the rest of the room she’s like NO. We asked if we could take a quick picture she’s like NO, I need to reset the room. We asked to take a one-second selfie again NO, I need you guys to leave. Then she walked us to the lobby, went straight to the front door and kicked us out. We checked and there were NO rooms booked after us. We were treated ridiculously rude from start to finish, and it felt like she just meant to make us fail to escape.

Definitely must play. Thrilling and a great ending.

The set design and effort of this room live up to the reviews but I will say this room does not flow. It’s non linear, but there are too many leads available at any given time without the remaining pieces to complete them. This detracts from what actually needs to be done to progress to the next step and in reality it’s actually pretty linear while needing to carry pieces given at the very beginning to the very end. This was not scary when we played. I am really bad with jump scare rooms and this one was creepy in set design only; there were zero scares when we played.

This room was good but not as good as the reviews imo. My biggest issue with the game is you have access to lots of little parts of a lot of puzzles. Very tough to get in a groove and know what to work on. Just ruined the flow and made for a frustrating experience. Even though we escaped I never felt like it was flowing.

This room is creepy. The ambiance is very disturbing and the doors lol. But we had fun. Hearing the screams and not just the ones coming for my boyfriend were so funny.

Medical horror themed room with fantastic production quality, both in atmosphere and video production. Puzzles ran the gamut from find the missing piece, to logic and deduction, to my ever hated count the number of objects. That said, the sheer variety of puzzles and how they're connected and flow with one another is great. This is definitely a harder room and would be great for a group of 3-4. My only knocks against this room is that there is a video clue that is only played once and the GM had to give us the clue since most people mixed it. There is also a broken component in one of the puzzles that has a partial text solution posted as a work around, but it makes the puzzle easier than it would have been without it. I think the rooms just needs some TLC and it'd easily be in my loved category. That said, I still definitely recommend this room.

Some videos bugged but staff handled it incredibly well. This was an amazing experience.

This was a fun game overall, marred slightly by a few technical issues. The crazy doctor is doing crazy doctor stuff. The plot is mostly illogical but does have one redeeming moment. The puzzles are good overall and require good team communication and coordination. Recommended as long as you can overlook a few technical issues and aren’t put off by the subject matter.
