Did this with my family and in-laws over the holidays. My wife was the only other person with escape room experience, but we all had a great time. The room is very big and can accommodate a lot of people. We did the room as a single team since we had so many newbies, but it was still a great experience, and I imagine it'd be a ton of fun to do as a competition as well.
Definitely a lot of fun, and there were enough puzzles and locks that we were all working on different things simultaneously. Definitely worth checking this room out!
There were a lot of fun and engaging puzzles. They're all non linear, so your group can divide an conquer to get things done quickly.
Props and set are great, and it all feeds into the "old west" vibe.
GM and staff are awesome at this location! Hang out and chat with them if you can!
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
There are a lot of fun puzzles with great opportunities for teamwork and collaboration.
Not much of a story, but still fun.
Nothing too challenging, but there are quite a few puzzles to figure out. Definitely would've been harder if we were actually competing against another team.
4 is the minimum so you can do 2v2 or run the room as a group of 4, but 6 was a pretty comfortable number for us (the youngest two were just along to have fun). The space an easily support a group of 10 though, so grab whoever you can convince to come along and give it a shot!
As long as they have some reading and math skills, they can contribute to help solving the clues.
Physically active
Somewhat
Somewhat because there is one task that is kind of skill based, and it it a large space that you'll be moving around in a lot as you look for clues, cyphers, etc.
They share a parking lot with a few other shops and a restaurant, but there was still plenty of parking.
