Explore – Locate – Unlock – Decode – Escape. All of these things were achieved and more in this 75-minute puzzle labyrinth. If I can be honest I went into Yin Yang with fear in my heart and turmoil in my soul after barely conquering the "easier" beaches of Elude's Torquay room. But I am proud to say I made it out the other side with time to spare and my ego still intact. Hell yeah.
The room itself (unsurprisingly) is a joy for enthusiasts, once again packed to the brim with clever, on-theme puzzles which possess a wide range of difficulty, there was never a moment of monotony or boredom. Despite the in-depth story briefing beforehand I had a bit of trouble with what was going on around me but I think I more attribute that to my general illness and competitiveness blending together to make me an even more toxic escape room player. Whoops.
It's once again hard to fault what Julia and Darren have put together here, it was immaculate, engaging and challenging. Much love xx
