After years in the making, we are finally opening our biggest and most elaborate experience! We created Project Minotaur without any financial analysis and spared no expense to bring our greatest and most exhilarating creation to life. It was a long and tough process filled with blood, sweat, and tears that began in December of 2015. In the middle of this journey, many of the assets used in the creation process had become obsolete and outdated which would have left the room feeling lackluster and tired. Our desire has always been to present rooms that feel lively and fresh with immersive stories to be shared which led us to stripping down what was old so that we could provide our players with a state-of-the-art experience. Project Minotaur is not only our most epic thriller, but it is in fact our grandest design that measures over 1600 square feet, nearly three times the size of "normal" escape games. While the sheer size of the project added to an already difficult task, our drive to create saw us through. Now in our final stages of fine tuning and perfection, we are excited to share our creation with the world! We love what we do and we do it with pure, unconditional love. So many people have poured themselves into this project and contributed in different ways from start to finish which makes us happy to share it with you who appreciate what we do. This room is not an escape room. This is an EVENT. It is an immersive experience, a Thrill Theater with challenges that will push you to the limit - and it should be played as such.

Fantastic experience - I was hesitant to book it because my usual group (husband and kids) typically shies away from scary/horror rooms, but I brought a group of high school interns who really wanted to try it. My plans to cower in the corner and just watch them do the room were a totally unrealistic expectation because of the completely immersive nature, and I’m so glad that I participated! I give a full accounting of our experience in my review of the details. This is a must-do room!
This is immersive theater…with some puzzles - not your average escape room. Incredibly, the live actors/game masters tailor the experience to your group, ensuring that you experience the full story by adapting game play to the events as they unfold. Masterful!
It’s scary. It’s dark. But you are not in a constant state of terror - there are respite moments that allowed even the biggest cowards amongst us to enjoy the room.
Customer service was top notch - my group had a couple interns that were visibly distressed once they fully grasped the true nature of the room, but I could see the subtle decisions GMs made to help them participate while keeping the integrity of the experience intact for the rest of the group. I love when you can tell that employees really love what they do and are having fun - passion is important, and it showed! Also want to add that I had trouble booking the room online using some promo vouchers that were purchased around Christmas time - the woman who answered the phone was kind of sour but instructed me to send an email which Jasmin responded to and cleared everything up so quickly and easily, I had no complaints. Thank you, Jasmin!
Yes
This is a unique experience that has echoes of resemblance to a traditional escape room but makes you feel like you are the star of your own horror movie!
On the surface, a simple plot - but the story is executed superbly with a (not all that unanticipated but) satisfying ending
Medium
Most of the actual puzzles were not that hard, although performing under the pressure of abject terror does make idiots of even the most experienced escapists - for such a long completion time (the room itself is about 90 min) there are only a handful of true puzzles but they are spaced out and balance the time required to physically navigate the maze while running for your life!
High tech
Sound effects, lighting, gen2 magnetic releases - there was a lot of lock-and-key but mostly appropriate because of the story.

There were five of us and I kept thinking that if I had brought my entire team of 10 we’d be tripping on each other and would not be able to squeeze into the tight spaces for hiding from the Minotaur. I think 4-6 is best for this experience.
💩👖
This is by far the scariest Escape Room I’ve ever done!
15
Definitely PG-13 at a minimum but personally I’m more comfortable bringing older teens >16. I think a hearty 12-year old with the right, resilient personality (i.e. who enjoys scary movies) could survive and have fun, but you’d have to tone down the profanity!

Essential to the experience!

Lots of crawling, but you get knee pads. The jumpsuits are thoughtfully integrated into the plot (a little bit of a stretch but okay) but really appreciated just for the sake of giving otherwise-exposed body parts and your own clothes a little protection from the inevitable scraping against walls and floors. Running is not “required” but inevitable. Not recommended if you have any sprains or injuries that might be inadvertently exacerbated by evading the myriad surprises that you will encounter.
Not very accessible - physical limitations would severely impair your ability to navigate this room. Any neuro-divergence runs the risk of auditory and visual overstimulation.
No
You have to pass the street address in your navigation app and turn down an alley to access parking behind the building. I have fortunately been to this location to do other rooms so knew where I was going, but do remember having some difficulty the first time I came to this location.

This is an immersive experience with some puzzles. Very different than any other room I’ve done but I loved it. I normally don’t like having live actors but this was amazing. Highly recommend!!!!
Definitely an experience.

OMG This was so fun! I’ve done Zoe Reborn and this one and this is more intense! It was very immersive from the start! The puzzles were hard enough with the suspenseful environment! Be prepared to go alone for some points but it’s totally worth it! Nothing but great props to everyone here!! Shout out to Robbie and Gabe for a great time!! Yall did great!
Honestly don’t remember half the stuff we did LOL great puzzles! Not too simple but enough to think!
VERY IMMERSIVE!!
They’re very polite! Awesome people!

I recently had the chance to experience this horror escape room, and it was incredible! What truly set this experience apart were the live actors, Nicholas and Zach. Their performances were phenomenal, fully committed to their roles. They made every interaction feel real, adding an intense level of immersion that brought the story to life. If you're a fan of escape rooms and love a good scare, this is a must-try experience. Highly recommend!

Overall puzzles were easy, but there was pressure due to the live actors.

Fun times. Wish they would add a few more puzzles. But it’s all about the intensity and “chase”.
It’s more a scare experience than an escape room. I don’t mind the change of pace but it is not your typical puzzle room at all.
Intense and dark. Seeing broken props just matched the intensity
Staff was very kind. And actors made it fun. Thanks to Patrick and John

Project Minotaur is one of our favorites. We aren’t typically fans of scarier rooms since we started doing escape rooms when our son was about 10. He’s older now so we are experiencing scarier rooms. This one is great because it is a thriller of a room with some very effective elements. My son wants to go back and do it with his friends so he can see their reactions. He’s 16 now.
Awesome
