Horrible and rude gamemaster ruined experience, gave us attitude and refused to give us clues. Room’s set design was absolutely incredible, puzzles were different and fun, but were confusing. Docked us 35 minutes for being 5 minutes late after calling and letting them know twice. Will not be back due to horrible customer service
