The final part of an epic saga spanning 3 different rooms Rainforest Rescue was a great conclusion. A variety of puzzles I hadn’t seen utilised elsewhere and a super unique theme led to some really exciting moments of discovery and appreciation. Having played 100+ rooms now this is rarer and rarer so experiencing it multiple times in one room was a joy. There was a great mix of tactile and more traditional puzzles, truly something for everyone. Detail is key to this room which I love, especially realisations of what I missed on my first pass. Rick was awesome and his love for escape rooms and this industry is super apparent. Check these rooms out if you’re in the area, make the trip out if you’re not.

This is part 3 of a 3-part story arc encompassing all the physical rooms in this location. Our team of three players did all three rooms in one afternoon. All three rooms work well together seamlessly, but also function as individual rooms. Rick had put so much thought and effort into getting these into their current state & it was a pleasure to chat to him about them. This room is beautifully themed, with a great storyline, interesting puzzles, has been well put together & was just a lovely experience.

Rainforest Rescue acts as the finale of a 3-part story arc across all of Drop Bear’s rooms and although we accidentally played them out of order, it didn’t affect our gameplay or experience. The room itself is really unique in its theming, with a fair few puzzles and challenges I hadn’t seen before. This one was on the harder side of things but still manageable with 3-4 players. Really enjoyed it overall!
