This room is NON-LINEAR. I know some people are used to linear rooms so a non linear room can be confusing if you don’t know where to start. This one was great in my opinion. Some of the puzzles take several steps to complete, which I like. Our game master, Aiden, was very friendly and informative. Explained everything to us clearly and was very professional. This room will be retiring soon so I recommend you check it out before it’s gone!

Sentiment seems to be inline with others that have played exit’s rooms. FSCH was a decent room, reasonably themed, a bit older in play style (hello locks) but definitely a fun play. It didn’t stand up to white rabbit or tattoo but if you had never met these gorgeous siblings it wouldn’t disappoint.

Gameplay

While the gameplay didn’t compare to some of exit’s other games (white rabbit and tattoo) it’s still better than the majority of escape rooms. It’s a bit old school - I would have loved less locks and more technology magic, but overall we had a nice time and I’d easily recommend it - though not over their other options.

Atmosphere

Theming was nice, didn’t feel too worn - which is difficult with a room that’s been used for this long. It was immersive enough to work but nowhere near the experience of some of their other games.

Customer service

Love the GMs at exit. Jacob was perfect.

The puzzles themselves weren’t too hard, but there were a few times we got lost looking for them.

we had high expectations after playing the Florida location - unfortunately this game was outdated and there was nothing special about it - very basic and heavily lock based. the flow did not make sense and several puzzles were over complicated simply for the sake of time killing which was frustrating. I think if you haven't done their other games maybe you wouldn't be as disappointed but it just wasn't great for us 🙃

We did all of the rooms over two days, and even though this was my least favorite, it was still a good room. That should say something to the quality of the company. It’s an older room, and feels that way. The puzzles are older and you spend some time actually looking for stuff, not just puzzle solving. It’s a straightforward “Heist from a casino” theme, although it’s cool, is that besides just trying to get out, you also try to get out with as much loot as possible. I believe this room is going to be retired in the next six months. Definitely worth doing before they close it.

Gameplay

It’s definitely an older room and you can tell. We did all of the rooms at the same time, and there’s definitely a difference between their older and newer rooms. The flow is OK, starting out as nonlinear at first & you also spend some time looking for things, rather than just puzzle solving.

Atmosphere

It’s their oldest room, so, even though it felt like an old casino office, certainly not the part, some wear and tear.

Customer service

Very welcoming. Good gamemaster

Particularly interesting or different

Yes

It’s not just about getting out, but I’m also about how many items of loot you can take with you.

This was an enjoyable game. It did have more searching than we usually like, but the set design was very good and the puzzles were too. It’s a solid game with a unique scoring system.

Front Street Casino Heist is my favorite game at The Exit Games inaugural location. The theme, music, atmosphere, and puzzle creativity is bar-none!

This was a tough room but it was nice to have a different concept as opposed to simply escaping.
