One of the better offerings to be had at the Great Escape but not by a whole lot. The experience itself was perfectly fine with some pretty standard puzzles and an interesting room layout. Having now played 5 different rooms at this venue a pattern begins to emerge when it comes to the inclusion of random props and overlooked errors in solving methods, not at all the fault of the staff but definitely something to be aware of when booking/spending money on these rooms. The theme and story were loose to say the least but still managed to provide a spooky atmosphere throughout most of the game which was enjoyable. Apparently thereβs plans to upgrade a lot of the content within the room sometime soon so Iβll be keen to see what they change. Overall a very middle of the road experience.

A pretty strange experience this one. Super non-intuitive puzzles, a strange flow through and really odd design choices made this room one I can't really recommend. The zombie theming was barely present throughout though I did appreciate the little CoD Easter eggs. The "fight" against the zombie in the second room was pretty underwhelming when you're given a straight up laser pointer to "defeat" it. Also the zombie being dressed in military gear when he's meant to be some sort of Dr feels like a really easy adjustment to add a bit more to the lacklustre story. No relation to The Walking Dead either if that's a selling point for you. Not my favourite experience though also not the worst I've played here.

A below par room with confusing puzzles and in much need of an update. Having now played two rooms here I would not be going back.. check out some of the better rated rooms on Morty. Kudos though to the lovely games master who was working solo and managing all the rooms on her own. The staff are lovely

Cool room! Second favourite out of all of them that we did that day! Liked the gun but it was an absolute bitch to use to solve one of the puzzles! Fun room though
Pretty fun! Could climb on a cube and began w/ some people being handcuffed !
Pretty good to suit the storyline! Also had a staff member scare us !
Staff were fine!

The game play was not intuitive. The puzzles were illogical and did not align with the theming of the room. A couple of the electronic puzzles did not work; one to the extent that required the game master to bypass the puzzle remotely. The set and props were well designed, but let down by poor puzzles.
