There are so many escape rooms in Sydney that it wasn't easy to choose one. But we couldn't have chosen better! We booked the "Paris Escape" and it was a perfect way to start off our adventure with Social Escape Rooms. Everything in the room made sense, the riddles were diversified. We managed to escape with several minutes still left on the clock and it only made us want more so right away we booked another room with them. What's absolutely exceptional about this Escape Room is that after the game they provide you with some stats (both serious and funny ones). We've done a lot of rooms and have never seen this before. A great way to stand out! Special shout-out to Sky Daddy for creating an incredible, friendly atmosphere!

Our second visit to Social Escape once again did not disappoint. After being greeted by our wonderful Gamesmaster, it wasn’t long before we were off to Paris. This time, we returned with a team of three and a bit more confidence—though we ultimately ran just three minutes over time before completing our experience. I’d describe the difficulty as medium, though our team was just a little off today. According to our data printout, we spent more time on the easier clues while breezing through the harder ones—something we’ve noticed tends to happen when we revisit rooms that lean on the easier side. That said, the theming in this room is fantastic. A high level of detail has been applied to the design, and every prop makes sense within the space, all while maintaining top-tier quality. The puzzles all worked flawlessly, with clear solutions that never felt misleading or confusing. There’s a well-balanced mix of high-tech and low-tech puzzles, with many of the high-tech elements cleverly hidden within the environment. Despite falling just short of the time limit, we had an absolute blast and can’t wait to return for more!

We loved that even though the game was easier for us to complete, that it was still so extremely satisfying finishing! This is because there were so many clues to solve! We loved the game, we loved the attitude of our host Mark, and we couldn’t stop smiling the whole time!!! Definitely recommend for any level player!
The room was awesome. It is their easiest room and we got out quite quickly, but we still felt so satisfied after finishing because there were so many clues to solve!
Mark and the team were amazing! They have created a great space and the games were really enjoyable. It is so great to go somewhere where the people running it are very passionate!
Staff were very welcoming, generous, kind, funny and interactive! They made todays experience even better!

We loved opening all the locks!! It was such a welcome change after completing so many high tech rooms, but we found this so much more enjoyable! We loved manipulating the tangible locks!

This is Social Escape's oldest room but still a really nice and fun little adventure with a quirky premise -- your flight is due to depart and you have only an hour to find your passport and plane in your boutique hotel in Paris! We did this as a team of 3 and had a great time, as we always do at Social Escape. The puzzles were not overly difficult, though there were a few that could potentially trip up some players. In all, a breezy, lighthearted escape room with terrific flow and cool puzzles.

Funny and weird theme for this room but it was a straightforward room and each puzzles flows into the next. DO NOT SIT ON THE BED (I concaved it whoops). They give you a sheet of stats for how you compared to other teams.

We completed this room with 3 people. One member of our group was a complete beginner and this room was a perfect introduction. It was mostly a traditional lock and key type room but the gameplay flowed well and all the puzzles made sense. Overall it was a great room and we had a lot of fun!

Not sure if it’s changed since I did this one in 2019, but back then I actually did this room by myself as a solo escape room. The puzzles and gameplay worked perfectly for a solo escaper.

Paris escape was a good room but not my favourite we played at Social. A strange theme made for a slightly odd gameplay with the story not really making a whole lot of sense. The puzzles however did match the theme and the flow was quite good.
