The story was a little disjointed/random, and there was one puzzle that had technical issues. However, the set design was nice and there were a couple very fun “wow” moments that made it well worth it.

EXCELLENT! One of my new favorite rooms. Challenging enough that we used our 3 clues, but doable enough that we got out. Some innovative puzzles I’ve never seen before. So interactive and challenging with a couple breezy puzzles that keep you from getting discouraged. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back and try other rooms. Every inch of the place from lobby to halls is on theme and I can’t say enough great things about it! We did it just before a flight out of LAX and definitely will schedule another room when we fly next. You should check it out.

A little weird, disjointed and we felt lost at times. A lot of the “puzzles” relied heavily on tech and were faulty and/ or sensitive. It led to some delays. I’ve a feeling these were 2 different rooms at some point and they simply combined them to add length. The two rooms were also completely different flow wise which led to more confusion.
I had no idea what was going on. While the mechanics were cool is places, the last room was disjointed and flow did not make sense
Atmosphere in the samurai room was phenomenal. The last room had some cool mechanics and tech but some of the design was cheap upon closer inspection.

One of the rooms already had puzzle doors open while we were in it and had to be reset. The puzzles were a little short but the samurai theming was great though!

This had some of the coolest puzzles I've ever seen. Super high tech, no physical locks, and the theming/set was cool and even gorgeous at times. Solving some of the puzzles and getting cool reveals/effects made me giddy

Wow! Such a cool design! There are some really beautiful pieces and lots of unique puzzles to really keep you on your toes for how to think about them. Shout out to the Game Master who was super accommodating for us and ran our game with lots of care. Bonus points if you like dystopian novels like 1984 👀

In a word, yikes. Countless broken puzzles combined with an actively rude and hostile GM made this an all-time low experience. Several (and I mean actually more than I can count) puzzles were broken or not functioning properly. One battery operated gun tool was so worn out you could see the thing turn off from the slightest movements from the batteries being disconnected. “Janky” would be a generous understatement to describe this room. We had several puzzles that clearly had bad sensors or bad installs. Lots of visible wiring with incredibly questionable connections made this pretty unsurprising… I would be shocked if this room ever got beginning to end without a technical glitch, and frankly I’m not sure that a lot of this place’s DIY exposed electrical isn’t a fire hazard. There was maybe only two puzzles where we were NOT jiggling things into place. One puzzle was outright broken. We had to get the GM to reset it, but only after she attempted to gaslight us into having broken it or after first accusing us of doing it wrong. Only when we told her the correct solution for a fourth time did she snap back and say over the microphone “WELL IT WORKED FOR THE LAST GROUP!” She was pretty clearly not engaged with the room, and I suspect she was running several rooms at once or on her phone giving the long delays in response times. The puzzles themselves were all incredibly easy. The only challenging part was getting the shotty puzzles to trigger correctly. We’ve been in some pretty bad rooms, but this is one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. This is the first room I would call a legitimate embrassment. 0/10

As unexpected a combination as Cyberpunk and Samurai is, it works for this room. The time travel element is very cool and the puzzles have some fun tricks and well-implemented ideas. There weren’t too many number codes which is always enjoyable. Loved the way the story progressed and pieces of the room opened before us. And though we didn’t ask for any hints, Julian was a great guide to greet us and talk us through things after the game.

all sizzle, no steak. cool set pieces and lots of interesting mechanics and tech, but not intuitive puzzle. you find yourself just trying stuff for the hell of it and somehow that works.
game play was odd and didn't flow.
set design was good but some things were broken, others seemed unfinished, still others were unnecessary and distracting.
very nice game master but he did keep telling us a different time than was on the timer

Didn't love the beginning or end of the room but the Samurai portion was very immersive and cool set design.
