No physical locks, and all tech worked. A fun room but we didn't get out (our first failure!). With two people (one less familiar with escape rooms), it was just too much stuff to get through--even at a steady pace with no real hiccups. For us, a full hour would have been fine, instead of 45 minutes. Would have had a better experience with a successful outcome, but it was a nice, immersive room. Well decorated and friendly staff
