Les Quatre Sorciers et l'Ascension du Seigneur des Ténèbres [The Wizard Four and the Rise of Lord Thulsa]

The tech and puzzle setups are great and you can see there are thoughts being out into it. Even though they were broken some time, the staff was very quick to communicate proactively so we didn’t feel stuck. The puzzles do feel on the easier side - in a good way. There weren’t any solutions that felt like a stretch. The grand finale was such a nice surprise.

I've never really loved the wizard genre... but the final room and, in particular, the finale, were an absolute gamer's delight!

Our group of 4 had the great fortune to complete 30 games in Canada in under a week. Eleven of the games were from Escaparium. Three of the games were from Ezkapaz. Jonathan Driscoll, the co-owner of Escaparium and Ezkapaz, welcomed us warmly. During our stay in the area, I noticed how his staff was full of joy and passion for their craft, and how much he beamed when he spoke of his team. I feel that one of the reasons his company is truly outstanding is due to how much he respects his employees. I consider him warm, genuine, sincere, and focused on personal growth. I am impressed by him, his staff, and the masterpieces they have built together. Some aspects I most enjoyed from each of the rooms include the following: Magnifico (+ music, story, acting, set design, costumes, character development) Wardrobe for Sale (+ story, theme, character development, acting, set design, creativity) Final Stop (+ improv chemistry with our group, story) Wizard of 4 and the Book of the Black Arts (+ acting, theme) Forgotten Cathedral (+ set design, acting) Lost Island of the Voodoo Queen (+set design, puzzles) Opus Memori (+ voice actor. They pleasantly surprised us once briefly between our back-to-back games. <3) Blind Tiger (+ actor suavely providing hints) Return to the Cadavera Case (+ murder mystery experience) Golden Jubilee (+ meditative [My bf is laughing at my diction :P ]) Barber's Choice (+ comfy) Wizard of 4 and the Rise of Thulsa (+ surprising finale) Bernie Block (+ cute) The Family (+ puzzles, set design)

One of our favourites , it was simply good the puzzles were nice and creative vary different from most escapes , we realy recommend, but mayby not for beginners at least alternative players , but just amayzing place :)

This room was fun, but in our minds didn't live up to the first in the series. The way the magic was presented was very fun and cool, but felt like it was forgotten and then haphazardly reintroduced partway through. Worth playing, but if you're expecting the same level as the first one, you may be slightly disappointed.

C’était bien, mais les histoires de Harry Potter sont plutôt redondante d’une compagnie à l’autre. Nous avons fait la salle, parce qu’on était accompagnés d’enfants. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé. Ce qui m’a dérangé, c’est qu’on ait dû passer par la salle de l’escape du chapeau du chapelier fou pour accéder à la salle des 4 sorciers. Si vous n’avez jamais fait la salle, ça peut être décevant d’avoir à la traverser. Petit problème de logistique.

Nous avons fait cette salle avec deux enfants de 10 et 12 ans. Le jeu était tout aussi intéressant pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Les enfants ont pu réaliser certaines énigmes par eux-même. Beaux décors. Nous avons tous apprécié notre expérience.

This is a continuation of the other wizard game at Escaparium Dorval, but you don’t have to have played the other game to have a good time! This room was a bit challenging, but the decor and story was super interesting. Great experience!
