Well done, Quest Tavern. This room deserves the recognition and I would say it's a must do. Not a scary room but an excellent one for those who enjoy puzzles and a decent challenge. I think we did well for our family of 4 and I would definitely say it is an expert mode room. So I think this would be best with a group that has quite a bit of escape rooms under their belt. We were able to do it with not really hints, but a few nudges to understand how some of the unique tech in this room works. Puzzles were very well thought out and you use everything at one point in this room so don't dicard or discount anything. Plus, the ending was super satisfying. You will definitely feel accomplished. Syd our GM was awesome. She got us in the zone from the beginning and was there to cheer us in the end. For sure, put this on your list during your escape room journeys.

a bit of crawling and someone will have to be alone in a tight space for a bit. They will let you know from the start.
may be difficult if you are unable to crawl through or climb a small ladder. Not sure if they have ways to accommodate but I would ask prior to booking.

What a fun room! The theme was cute, the room was immersive, and the hosts were super fun. There was a good number and variety of puzzles/tasks, all of which made sense and not too difficult. Perfect for a group of 3-5 with some experience in escape room (so you get to solve all puzzles in time). No spoiler, but be prepared for some surprising/interesting elements of the gameβ¦you will have a great time in this room!

This was a really great room from Quest Tavern, probably my new favorite! The puzzles and atmosphere worked super well together. Had some very unique aspects to it that I really enjoyed after playing so many. Thank you, Diego, for making it memorable!
Thanks Diego!

I approached this one with some trepidation as I was doing this with our family, including an 8 and 4 year old. But with a few hints, we were still able to make it out just before the 75 minute mark! In retrospect, this room felt like the same amount of difficulty as their through the sugar glass room. Theming of the room is pretty good. Most of the time is spent in a bazaar shop, and the hint system is thematically integrated, though hard to hear if you're not in the first room. The third act of the room requires a bit of imagination, but I get the idea they were going for. In terms of puzzles, this one definitely has a good amount to do, with enough for 2 people or 2 groups to do at the same time. I think 4 people would be the perfect amount of people for this room. One thing that kept me from loving this room and only liking it, is that there were three color puzzles in the first room, and when some puzzles require you to do things in sequence, it makes it quite confusing on which clue belongs to which solution. Technically the sets of colors are all different, but it still sends you for a loop as you have to confirm. Also not a fan when you need to cycle through shades of the same color. There was also one puzzle that was a bit finicky in activation that needed GM help, and one puzzle we randomly solved accidentally. GMs are all great here at Quest Tavern. Overall, I liked the room and the vision the designer was going for, just those minor things with the puzzles that keep me from loving it. Still very worth doing, and my third favorite room at this location.

I liked this room, but because of the sheer number of puzzles, I would recommend a group of 5/7, and not just the three that we brought. We simply did not have enough people and struggled with the quantity of things to do. There were a couple of minor frustrations with a particular lock and puzzle, but there were a couple of fun surprises that made up for it. The staff at Quest is fantastic.

There are a ton of puzzles and youβre not always sure what to work on. I wish we had about 10-15 more minutes.

The GM sent another employee in to open up a lock to which we had the correct combination to after we struggled with it for a good while. There is a clock puzzle that is far too touchy as to when it will trigger.

This game had so much potential, and I think the Morty reviews kinda built it up too much for meβ¦I donβt know why, but this game kinda pissed me off, between locks not working, and just what felt like a lack of a super coherent flow, this room just didnβt hit the same with me as I think it should have. The set was very well done, the interaction with the hint system was fun, there were some creative puzzles, and I think it still deserves a heart, it is a good room. I just personally didnβt have the best time in the game.

If you like rooms that are unique as well as challenging then this room is for you, top 3-5 escape rooms ive done. Game master is great at what he does as well when it comes to experience and fun. Only thing that i sort of had an issue with was the amount of hints that were being told to us without us asking, but other than that super fun and unique escape room 10/10 recommend

This room was one of my favorite rooms I have done in my time of doing escape rooms. The theme of the whole room was beautifully done and our game master was friendly the entire time. There were many creative aspects to the room keeping you interested the entire time. The room itself has many different puzzles giving all your team mates something to do throughout the entire room. On a difficulty rating I would say itβs around a 8/10 difficulty if you have a lot of experience in rooms. All around, the room was put together so well and was a fun experience for the entire team. We all left with a great sense of accomplishment once completing the room as it felt very rewarding to complete this one. Definitely consider trying this room if youβre looking for a more challenging room with a lot of new ideas unlike other rooms!
