Mogollon Monster: Scouting for Arizona's Bigfoot

Wowsa! We did all 3 rooms in a row and they were super nice in accommodating an early start so we'd finish and catch our flight. Very nice GM Jackson, that helped us with all 3 games. The atmosphere of this place is on a different level. You have to "find" the entrance to get in which is always a fun twist. The lobby area is amazingly decorated and could easily be a late night hang out spot. Quality of gameplay was awesome with all 3 games but I'll rank them from what I preferred. This room for me was the easiest but had some unique aspects that I haven't seen in a camp ground set before. It wasn't linear at parts but all came together nicely. Had some motion at one point that was realistic and a great experience. I could see kids having a blast in this room.

I've known about this place for years but most, if not all, of my local escape room friends had long done these experiences. The monster effects were unexpected and I yelled for a few scenes, which was very welcomed. Just the right amount of scare without being over the top.

This room was fantastic. The production value was so high, and the puzzles were great. The staff was just as good. 100% recommend. One of the better escape rooms I've done.

My 100th escape room! Nemesis club was such a blast and especially Mogollon Monster. It certainly felt like being transported to a little camp site on the prowl for bigfoot. Puzzles were fun and interesting and there was always something for people to do.

We went back to camp and had such a fun time!! This room was so immersive from beginning to end. Such an incredible experience that really played to the senses. The fun intro and puzzles were so much fun. All of the puzzles flowed smoothly and some real camp elements. This whole company was so worth the trip and of course we celebrated with the shakes at the end.

Man I’m sorely disappointed. I did the evil robot game when they first opened and it was amazing. I thought I was in for a good experience with mogollon monster. I even paid a premium of $180 for 2 people so I’m sick to my stomach by my experience. The game itself was ok but my experience was pretty much ruined because of the game masters constant nudging and clue giving. I really do appreciate when the game master pushes us along so we complete the story. But I really don’t appreciate it when I don’t feel like I solved a single puzzle bc the game master pretty much told us all the answers. That sense of accomplishment and surprise felt like it was taken away. I’m really saddened by this experience bc I’ve spoken so highly of it to many enthusiasts and have constantly promoted nemesis club. I think nemesis club needs to do some retraining bc at $180 for 2 people, I do expect a higher level of game play.

Amazing in every regard. One of the rare escape rooms where you really feel like you’re living out a story as the main characters.

It’s hard to put into words just how special The Nemesis Club is. Plucked straight out of something you’d find at Disney World, The Nemesis Club is a top-tier escape room that is a must visit for anyone in Phoenix. I can say with confidence that this is one of the best escape room companies in the world. We played all 3 games but the clear standout favorite was the Mogollon Monster Bigfoot game. It might even be in my top 10 of all time. The owners put such whimsy into all their games and even the lobby was perfectly designed. I felt like we’d entered a supervillain speakeasy behind an ice cream shop and I wanted to spend my entire day there. The game itself is fantastic from top to bottom. I even want to replay it because it was truly that good.

THIS WAS ONE OF THEE BEST ESCAPE ROOMS I’VE EVER DONE!!!! Probably the most immersive too!! It really feels like you’re in a campsite! From the very beginning of the escape room, we were locked in!! It really felt like big foot was in our camp site! It was kind of spooky!! At some point I actually got a little scared lol. The special effects were amazing!!! I don’t want to spoil anything but make sure you look everywhere! Pay attention to everything or else you might miss it! You need at least 4 people to do this room. Also wear shoes you don’t mind getting a little dirty/dusty cause it really is like you’re outside lol. Anyway, I LOVE THIS ROOM and will definitely be coming back to play the rest of their games!
