The End

The experience was part horror, part humour, and a crazy story line that was quite unique. The start is fun and puzzle-y, and then it gets darker. The horror actually lessens over time (which is great for me), and the actor interactions in this game are so unique. And the hint system is great! The puzzles are well integrated into the story (although I wish there were more). As we thought the game was building up to the finale, we realised we had actually already reached it.

#3 on our all time list as of ranking (though Julie is arguing for its move to #2) This room absolutely oozes originality and creativity. Almost too many wow factors to count. Brilliant use of a live actor and a genuinely genius mix of horror and humor. As such, we didn’t find this room to be “scary” because there was enough levity to keep us grounded. The story was immersive beginning to end and we always love when a room reveals something about the people playing it. There were some bonkers (boinking?) touches that added to the risk-taking and hilarity of this room. Perfect tone of dark humor. You can’t get a more integrated hint system to keep the illusion alive. Do not miss this room, you’ll be talking about it long after the fact. Great interior, high volume effects, absurd storyline. Lots of puzzles seen before.

We had a lot of fun doing this game. It was two of us, ideally this room is for 3 people, but we managed to exit with some help from the GM. We liked hint system a lot. We recommend to try it! It was funny game with dark humor a little bit spooky, but not super scary 🙃

Love love love love love! Thank you to Dark Park for remembering that escape rooms are supposed to be fun! The less you know about this one going in, the better. Just go play it! Super creative on many levels.

Our first live actor escape room and we found it really added to the experience. So many great touches here - surprising room, unusual puzzles, unique story, humorous components, spooky. It’s all here! Really strong room

The End by Dark Park is a masterful combination of psychological tension and immersive storytelling, wrapped in a horror-tinged atmosphere. We played as a team of six, which heightened the sense of unease in all the right ways. The puzzles were well-integrated, keeping the experience engaging while the environment steadily built an eerie, unsettling mood. This was the second Dark Park room I’ve done, and it did not disappoint. It also marked a special milestone—my wife’s 100th escape room. Highly recommended for players who enjoy a darker, more atmospheric experience without needing jump scares.

Must try. Great room with a good storyline, acting and puzzles. Not for the faint of heart

One of my all time favourite games. The story telling is superb, and it feels like you're discovering the story by yourself, and not, as is often the case, by reading texts, spoken audio book parts etc. The soundtrack is just great as well, and is timed with light and effects perfectly. Our Game Masters were great, and we had a lot of fun talking about the game afterwards!
