Gold RushThe Escape Game - San AntonioEscape roomIRLI completed this room with 2 people who are novices at escape rooms. They loved it, and as a seasoned escape room player, the room does not disappoint! The room provides a good mix of easy and challenging puzzles to encompass players of all experiences. The design of the room was brilliant!! This room, however is rather linear, so there's not a ton of of "divide and conquer" like I advise people to do. One piece of constructive criticism I would offer is to include a whiteboard to write down certain codes and bits of information.
7 Deadly SinsEscapology - Pigeon ForgeEscape roomIRLThe design of the room intrigues you right off the bat! At the very start of the room, puzzles and challenges to begin with are easy to identify to follow for multitasking within groups. However, as the game moves along, it felt as if you were only able to work in one task at a time up until the very end! If you allow the game master to provide additional hints as well, he/she will not hesitate which makes the room great for individuals who do not feel as if they are "skilled" at escape rooms. Even with these additional freebie hints, we still escaped in 52 minutes without too much being given away.
