The PassageTwisted Limits Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLI did this room soon after it opened, and it was PHENOMENAL. The set design is absolutely out of this world. I rave about the theming in this room to this day, and it's been a few years since I played. Our GM was phenomenal, and came in to help when a puzzle wasn't working quite like it should have. My mom has epilepsy, which would have been triggered by one of the incredible set pieces. Our GM was wonderful and easily accommodated her while making sure the rest of us got to experience the very cool set to its fullest. This is one of my all-time favorites!

Whatever Happened To The Garretts?Maze Rooms - West LAEscape roomIRLThis room is nothing short of absolutely phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, the set design is seamlessly immersive. Puzzles are very linear, which is perfect for a room with so many twists and turns. Most object interactions are incredibly intuitive, and help gameplay and story beats move along seamlessly. When big twists hit, they hit HARD. We found ourselves constantly on our toes, and we were never able to predict what was coming next. Every puzzle felt different, and every solution was satisfying. Our GM, Elena, was INCREDIBLE. They are friendly, helpful, and professional, and made sure we didn't miss out on a thing.
Wizard's Treasure60Out - HollywoodEscape roomIRLFun, creative, and simple! The atmosphere is stunning. Props are good quality and very fun to play with. The puzzles are more game-like than puzzle-y, which makes this an awesome room for beginners, kids, and anyone looking for a fun, whimsical, and low-pressure atmosphere. One game is a bit long, but there are plenty of workarounds that keep it fun and let the game keep moving. GM Rachel was very fun, very friendly, and had us hooked with the game intro!
VampiresMind Trap Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThe theming in this room is out of this WORLD. The set is fantastic, and the use of haunt animatronics to tell a story as the room progresses is absolutely inspired. Some puzzles were very finicky, and many required a good deal of assumptions as there was no indication of how to operate them. These ended up being a bit of a time sink; but the rest of the puzzles were inventive, challenging, and integrated into the setting. With a few hints, the few iffy puzzles were easy to breeze past.
Behind The CurtainTwisted Limits Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLThis is one of the first rooms I did several years ago, and made Twisted Limits and instant favorite. The puzzles were incredibly engaging, with minor physical challenges I haven't seen anywhere else! We loved this room so much, we came back to play the rest within the span of a few months, and I don't regret it a bit.
They're ComingMaze Rooms - Culver CityEscape roomIRLAbsolutely awesome room!! For the easily frightened, some sequences and interactions are pretty scary, and we would have been done a little quicker if we weren't such chickens! Gameplay flowed very well, and we never felt like we had to guess or make logical leaps. The technology involved in creating the room's ambiance is impressive, and despite a few quick technical delays, we had a lot of fun. GM Harper was kind, helpful, and fun! She really sold the intro to the game, gave great hints, and helped us out with some finicky tech so it wouldn't eat into our time. We will definitely be visiting again next time we're in the area!

I brought some family who were beginners, and it was easy enough for them to grasp, yet difficult enough for the experienced players in our group to feel challenged.
