Jewel HeistRed Button EscapeEscape roomIRLThe room was good, but the experience was a bit ruined by a staff member who came into the room 'to check on us' and just hung out and meddled for multiple minutes just standing there and kind of getting involved In the puzzles. Very strange behavior and extremely distracting, we are very experienced escapees who did not need or want support.
Mystical ManorWill To Escape - JupiterEscape roomIRLFun and immersive and nice production value, cool mechanics, but too short for our team, we cleared the room too quickly and we were hoping for more rooms. This would a great room for those doing an escape room for the first time since it wasn't very challenging.
House of ThingsEscape De FactoEscape roomIRLThis room was of very poor quality. It boasts being the largest escape in the mid-west, but the majority of the space is not utilized at all, or is only filled with set dec that aren't part of any puzzle at all. The props felt very homemade (grainy text on important clues, deterioration that shows answers through wear and tear, etc). There were very few puzzles all together, which weren't very satisfying or clever. On the other hand, there were several red herrings, so it was not obvious what were puzzles, especially since there were so few. There was zero plot, and a few different glimmers of story of that went nowhere. Unfortunate!
