We were stuck on a task, GM gave us advice which turned out to be wrong, costing us even more time. He finally came in and solved it for us, but refused to add any time to our clock when he had cost us over 5 minutes with his bad instructions. The last room requires crawling, and there is no option to walk around, so half our team could not enter it, making it more difficult for the others to solve multiple puzzles.
