The GM entered our non-private room about 10 minutes in and pushed the team through all of the puzzles, and we finished with 18mins on the clock due to that. For their average customer, first time players, I can see why they would do this, but it was not a typical escape room experience by any means. If you go into it knowing that, it’s fun!
