On more than one occasion, the guy told us what to do, watched us do it for 5 minutes, only to tell us that's not what to do and then tell us to do something else. He watched me in the same area for ages and didn't think to tell me it was the wrong area, just kept telling me what I was doing was wrong. To make things worse, we were literally 2-3 minutes away from completing and if he had explained correctly, we would have. So frustrating
