Lab RatHatch EscapesEscape roomIRLSooooo, Lab Rats is conflicting for me to rate due to how chaotic our experience was. Don’t get me wrong, our GM was extremely helpful and worked quick to solve issues, but it just felt that every puzzle that we tried to complete would just break or not work. Even our timer glitched and so we were scrambling around with zero knowledge of how much time we had left until the end where we barely had 3 minutes left on our time to finish the room. And although we had literal seconds left before we escaped, our mood was already killed at that point. So all in all, the production value and hospitality of our GM was great, but our actual experience of the room was just in shambles.The room has great potential, but we just weren’t able to see it.

PinocchioEscapade GamesEscape roomIRLMuch more of an immersive experience than an escape room. I don’t know if we were just dumb but I felt like either some puzzles were cut or we just completely skipped the puzzles but we were told to do one task and then it would get completely abandoned and the answer was just given to us. However, the set design was great as well as our actor and GM! Would recommend as a first to get into “scary” escape rooms but if you go into the mindset of figuring out a lot of puzzles in this room, you’ll be a bit disappointed with the lack of puzzles. And shoutout to Willie the cat.
Haunted FairEscape Hotel HollywoodEscape roomIRLOverall good and fun room, however a lot of the puzzles are extremely tedious and eat up a lot of the time in the room which can be frustrating at times.
Principal's OfficeEscape Room Era - AnaheimEscape roomIRLA new room by Escape Room Era which caught my eye, and I was pleasantly surprised with how good the game turned out to be. Much of the puzzles are wacky and different from other rooms I have done and there was one puzzle which I can safely say is probably the best puzzle I have done in a room ever despite being simple. Huge shoutout to our game master Zach for providing a comfortable and welcoming experience!
