Protocol ZeroEscape ArtistsEscape roomIRLSolving certain tasks opened up vents from the ceiling to drop the next clues. These are set up terribly as the vents are directly over the solved task. I was hit in the head by a wooden block that had a key attached to it. The GM said nothing after the fact about the block being dropped from the ceiling. The room was also so dark you wouldn’t know where the vents were to be able to avoid the falling objects. I do not recommend this company to anyone who asks about escape rooms.
