In our case, however, several of the major puzzles were broke, and even when we got the correct answers/flows/etc, a game master had to come in and override the puzzle because it didn't work. Between this and the fact there was a list of 10 spoilers/sticky points, it really broke immersion. I also feel like the story wasn't strong. Surprising since we've done their other rooms and had a great time.
