We needed to ask 3x after spending more then 15min on a puzzle. They were not Able to help correctly. Another puzzle was skipped entiterly, staff did not understand that that was possible at first but then said it was just a decoy. They told us that the owner is changing so much that nobody really understands the room anymore and that everything results in chaos (we saw 3 different GM in 1 game…). So I would advice to skip this one.
