Investigation LostQueen Mary EscapeEscape roomIRLHorrible! We schedule this for a weekend - 2 weeks in advance. 1 week before we sent an email for rescheduling. On the Friday before, we sent another email, and still no answer. There is not phone to call to talk to someone, the chatbot is not working, and they don't answer emails. We were coming from San Diego to this room, glad we ended up not going, because we might have gone there and not even being scheduled. Very frustrating and disappointed; if you are in the mood to loose some money, book it. Otherwise, there are way better rooms than this one, and way better customer service.
