Deep within the ship, an abandoned section lies eerily still. Personal effects are scattered, maintenance logs cut off mid entry – signs of a crew that never made it back. Emergency systems remain active, but they’re failing fast. To locate the missing crew and bring them home, you’ll need to piece together their last movements, restore critical functions, and uncover what went wrong before the ship seals this area for good. Queen Mary Escape is a fully interactive and immersive experience unlike anything you have ever done before. Board the famously haunted Historic Queen Mary where your group of 3-8 participants will have one hour to escape! Clues and riddles hidden throughout the room provide the tools necessary to meet this objective. As the clock ticks down and the pressure mounts, can you stay calm, and can you escape!

This was awesome!!! You’re in such a cool part of the ship and the game was great. I think they ended up working out the kinks since opening because these reviews do not do the experience justice. They pulled it together because the staff was helpful, and the game didn’t have one glitch!!

Horrible! We schedule this for a weekend - 2 weeks in advance. 1 week before we sent an email for rescheduling. On the Friday before, we sent another email, and still no answer. There is not phone to call to talk to someone, the chatbot is not working, and they don't answer emails. We were coming from San Diego to this room, glad we ended up not going, because we might have gone there and not even being scheduled. Very frustrating and disappointed; if you are in the mood to loose some money, book it. Otherwise, there are way better rooms than this one, and way better customer service.

A tech heavy room with faulty tech. An elaborate instruction manual that needed to be followed with unclear instructions. Bad sign posting led to many moments of frustration. GMs seem to be instructed to not be helpful. Nice staff tho. But ultimately it was not a fun experience.

We were so excited for this game and drove 1.5 hours to play. The game itself is in part of the old engine room of the Queen Mary, so it had some authentic atmosphere. Unfortunately, some of the puzzles were so tedious they were complicated, and when we asked for a hint, we were read the same paper that we already had. Therefore, it wasn’t helpful. We got stuck in one of the rooms because the puzzle we were trying to finish was almost impossible and was a stretch to figure out even with clues. When our time was up and the game master came in, she couldn’t even get the puzzle to work. They only have a 30% success rate of escaping therefore that should tell them that they either need to extend the time or they need to make some more appropriate clues to help you figure out what to do. This room has such potential, but there are some major issues and puzzles that are just not intuitive that they need to fix in order for the game to be fun. So unless they fix some of the games, I don’t think I would fully recommend this escape room. I only gave it a thumbs up because it has such great potential.

Gameplay

It’s very linear, so when your get stuck on a puzzle several people are standing around with nothing to do.

Atmosphere

You’re in part of the old engine room of the ship, so very cool. We’ve played over 100 rooms and we saw some new puzzles that we’ve never seen before. They could definitely add some more props.

Customer service

Our game master was very engaged and tried to help.

Particularly interesting or different

Yes

Yes, it had some unusual puzzles.

Story

It has a fun storyline and given the ships history it fit right in

Difficulty

Expert

We are an expert group of six people who have done over 100 rooms and we were not able to escape. Our game master said we only completed about 70% of the room. This is only the second room we have ever not escaped.

Game tech

It had a good mix of both

2-5: we had a group of six and several of us would stand around with nothing to do while a couple of people worked on puzzles
