Area 941Mysterium Escape Rooms And VREscape roomIRLArea 941 is a deceptively tough room,the puzzles were unique & enjoyable. Our game master “Naughty Nik” was beyond entertaining & seemed to know exactly when we needed a hint.The lights & sound design of the room was the real kicker here.
Tiki TroubleEscape Room SarasotaEscape roomIRLThe Tiki bar theme isn’t new to me,but this still managed to feel refreshing.I’ve done all the rooms at this particular location & I’m always amazed on how few traditional locks these rooms use.The team that created this room(& the others as well) has quite a bit of audio/visual experience & it is put on full display in each room. The puzzles are often time’s unique & varied.
Wild Wild WestMysterium Escape Rooms And VREscape roomIRLWild West is the black sheep of the escape rooms at this location. It’s beautifully built & looks exactly as you would expect an old western saloon to look. There is a slightly creepy barkeep animatronic in the room who gives you hints periodically & is also an integral part of the room itself. This room had a few very challenging puzzles that required an decent amount of brain power,this is very atypical of this location. Overall this is a lovely addition to their other fantastic escape rooms.
The Dark Knight | Heros RoomSWFL Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLWhat this room lacks in complexity,it makes up for in charm & uniqueness.This particular is essentially 3 escape rooms in one. You book your time & choose what is essentially an easy,medium,or hard mode. We took on the hard mode & managed to escape with 12 minutes left. The puzzles were often times random & without direction,but I still found myself enjoying them.I kept thinking about how this room reminded me of your classic escape rooms. Sometimes it’s nice to experience a tribute to the classic formulas.
