We traveled an hour to play and were severely disappointed by the room. There is no indication of where to start, first off. I’m normally totally fine with this if it’s a non linear room, however, this wasn’t that. After they clearly tell us not to use excessive force in the room, you then have to pull somewhat decently to get things off the wall to use for the first puzzle. This caused us to use a lot of time since we try not to ask for too much help (I’m not above clues, but I shouldn’t be using a clue for that). Some of the technology didn’t function correctly either. All in all, I couldn’t even enjoy the design of the room, which was beautiful, because the puzzles were infuriating. The design was beautiful, but some of the props, mainly the technology, didn’t function well/properly. This was a time consuming puzzle and for it not to work caused a lot of time to be wasted. Staff was nice but did absolutely nothing when we told them we didn’t enjoy the room. Seemed like they just wanted us out as quickly as possible. We weren’t asking for anything, by the way, but it would’ve been nice to pass on some frustrations with the company so they could potentially do something about it. I really wanted to like this room, but there’s no way.

Just got done playing Magic School and The Society of Adventures and Explorers and both were amazing! I’m a huge fan of Harry Potter, so I loved all the references to the franchise in the room! It was mostly lock-less, which I loved and it made you feel immersed in the magic of wizardry! We played Society next and the theme was super cool! I loved the jungle vibe and the puzzles were very well thought through and put together! I cannot say enough nice things about Dustin and Jason! They were extremely welcoming and amazing game guides for us! 1,000/10 recommend! We cannot wait to come back and play Wonderland and Jewel!

The story made no sense at all, there was no indication for what to do with the props you were given, and the manager there was a bit rude and had no customer service skills.

This game was a little frustrating at times. The guide saw us check a jacket and then let us spend 9 minutes without checking if we missed that key in the jacket, which we did. If he would’ve checked or clarified, we would’ve made it out. We essentially lost on the last puzzle. I do think the room itself and some of the props were really cool looking, but the technology puzzle locks you out for 30 seconds every single time you enter something in wrong, which makes you nervous to put in another code for fear that you’re going to get locked out again. That being said, even if you have the correct idea, it’s hard to tell what exactly to push on the technology puzzles themselves to match what you’re thinking. Alternatively, there were a few puzzles not related to the technology board that I thought were pretty neat, but the game is also extremely linear, so it’s not intuitive on where to start and what order to do things in. It’s also pretty math heavy, so it can feel tedious at times with trying to figure out the math. Overall, it looks cool, but several issues were had with story, game flow, and technology.
